Description

Chinese reading and writing - this module aims to enable students to acquire basic competence in the Chinese language in reading and writing and to provide the grounding necessary for a study year in China. Reading and writing skills are taught with an emphasis on structure and principle to provide a solid foundation on which to build in China. Clear, controlled vocabulary attainment targets are set and strategies for character-learning are introduced from the earliest stages.
